Beginner Spreadsheet Tutorial for Oopbuy
Welcome to the Beginner Spreadsheet Tutorial. If you are new to the oopbuy spreadsheet, this guide will walk you through every step from opening the spreadsheet to receiving your first order. No prior experience is needed. By the end of this tutorial, you will be confident in navigating the oopbuy ecosystem.

Step 1: Account Setup
Before using the oopbuy spreadsheet, you need an active oopbuy account. Visit the platform and create an account using your email address. Verify your email, then set up your shipping address and payment method. Most users add a credit card or PayPal for convenience.
Once your account is set up, navigate to the spreadsheet section. The latest oopbuy spreadsheet is available in the dashboard. Bookmark the page for easy access. You can also download the spreadsheet for offline browsing, though the online version updates in real-time.
Step 2: Navigating the Spreadsheet
The oopbuy spreadsheet is organized into categories. The left sidebar shows all categories: Shoes, Hoodies, T-Shirts, Jackets, Pants, Headwear, Sets, Underwear, Jersey, and Accessories. Click a category to see all products in that section.
Each product row contains: product name, price, seller name, trust score, QC availability, shipping line options, and a direct link to the product page. The top filter bar allows you to sort by any column. Sort by price (low to high) to find deals, or by trust score (high to low) to find the most reliable sellers.

Step 3: Placing Your First Order
When you find a product you like, click the product link to open the seller page. Review the product description, available sizes, and color options. Check the seller rating in the top right corner. Only order from sellers with trust scores above 90%.
Select your size and color, then add to cart. You can continue shopping and add more items, or proceed to checkout. At checkout, select your shipping line. For beginners, EMS is recommended for the best balance of cost and speed. For budget orders, EUB is the cheapest option.

Step 4: QC and Shipping
After placing your order, the seller ships the item to the oopbuy warehouse. This takes 3-7 days. Once the item arrives, the warehouse team takes QC photos within 24-48 hours. You will receive a notification when photos are ready.
